Your fee includes 2 consultations:

First, complete a food diary and clarify your dietary goals. You will leave with easy to apply tips and tweaks to support your goals.


Second, receive your tailored & detailed booklet of guidance, recipes, educational information, lifestyle, transition diets, juicing, superfoods, fasting, hydration to support your health and dietary needs.

You will be given everything you need to enjoy mealtimes again, love foods, superfoods, seedbreads, nuts, cheeses

We discuss and make recommendations for food choices, habits, hydration, lifestyle, kitchen equipment and aids, ph balance, juicing, nutrition and ailment support


Your fee includes TWO consultations totalling 2.5 - 3 hours.


FIRST CONSULTATION I need to understand your dietary habits and lifestyle via a 7-14 day Food Diary which is completed before your first consultation. Your first consultation is your food diary analysis, family history, health issues, ailments, what you wish to achieve in your Healing Diets Journey and issues you wish to address (this lasts 1.5 - 2 hours). We dig deeper into patterns, habits, lifestyle and anything else of concern. You will be given advice on the first steps in your Healing Diets journey to work with.


YOUR PROGRAMME Once we have discussed this and reviewed your food diary I design your tailored Healing Diets Programme. Nutritional steps, health guidance, advice, recommendations and recipes to cleanse, regenerate and rebuild your health, energy and vitality. This is tailored to your lifestyle, health condition and needs in easy step-by-step parts and we discuss this fully in your second consultation.


SECOND CONSULTATION In your second session I explain how to get the most out of your Individual Healing Diets Programme answering any queries you may have. This takes 30 mins - 1.5 hours. This will be booked at a mutually available time, not via my online booking system.


HOW DO I SIGN UP ? When using the BOOK NOW for your first consultation please book 10 - 14 days ahead, so I can email out your Food Diary for you to fill in. Then we can review your dietary habits at your first consultation.
