On the day:

You will learn how to make a Mala Meditation Necklace AND Minimalist Energy Healing bracelet. We share the healing qualities of crystals, their energy and connection with us for our wellbeing. You will make:

Japa Mala Meditation Necklace
- Learn the history, meaning and practice of mala necklaces
- Make your own full crystal mala necklace including 108 beads, guru bead and tassles.
- Have the skills and equipment to make more at home, whenever you fancy.

Minimalist Energy Healing Bracelet

- connect with crystals to make your own minimalist bracelet
- learn tie techniques
​If there are any crystals you wish to work with on the day let us know and we can try to order them in for you. All equipment, cords, additional beads and threads provided on the day. You can also buy additional crystal packs at the workshop to make more necklaces for friends and family.
