About the event

A healer teaches you how to heal yourself. 

Join us in the summer months on the FIRST WEDNESDAY OF EACH MONTH as we explore ways to gain peace, inner balance and clarity, releasing tension, stress and living ahead of ourselves.  How to be fully aware and prepared in difficult situations, life's ascension journey and new vibrations.

You will:

- learn a range of meditation and relaxation styles, 

- balance chakras learning how to do this for yourself at home

- be guided by Nitya to experience Eastern healing techniques of mantra, chanting, breathwork

- learn your unique type & needs via ayurveda, lifestages, elements, seasons, 

- navigate energetic shifts, ascension, empath and intuitive concerns, 

- includes Q & A each session

- includes handouts, resources, reading lists

- we also discuss the less than glamorous parts of healing and self care

By the end of the sessions you will:

- know how and when to avert energy leakage

- be mindful of your own imbalances much more clearly before they take hold

- truly hear your real needs and desires, after layers of 'gunk' have been removed from our auras

- have a large self care toolkit at hand

- seasonally adjust smoothly

- continue your own personal self care journey

Each month we explore a range of self healing modalities and meditations allowing you an opportunity to immerse in a wide range of techniques, experiences, outcomes and learning styles. The larger our self healing toolkit the greater self care we can apply as we navigate life's twists and turns. 

Putting our expectations aside allows true healing to enter into the space we have created, deepening and often surprising us with the outcomes.  It's best if you commit to all the sessions allowing you to explore you and self care in a variety of styles. We go deeper and wider stepping through the season and that's why it's best you journey through the self-care route. You can of course drop in to each session if you wish.

SESSION 1 (Wed July 6th): We explore the chakra energy centres in the body, The 1 - 7 through to 19 chakras, ascension, planetary shifts. Proper healthy grounding, How to navigate crowds and energy vampires safely. We apply chakra balancing, chanting, I AM affirmations, yoga based movement for chakra balncing, breathwork for chakra balancing

SESSION 2 (Wed Aug 3rd): Moving Meditations Moving: We explore both internal and external perceptions of movement and stillness. Chanting sacred sanskrit texts, walking mantras, guided meditations and stillness based practices and meditations. We practice with content and with stillness to find both stillness and content (interesting eh !)

SESSION 3 (Wed Sept 7th) Intergalactic Time: we bring in healing Guides, Mother Earth, Ascended Masters, Angels, Archangels, Crystalline Beings. I show you how to do this wisely with Spritual Housekeeping and Good Practice, enabling you to have these guardians in your life forever. 

SESSION 4 (Wed October 5th) Quick Meditations !!! We explore the nitty gritty stuff ! Life sometimes doesn't give you time to meditate for 1 hour to heal a situation, so we take a closer look at this. This session is packed with quick techniques to transform anxiety, tension, stress, difficult situations, panic and chaos. This is the immediate 'on the spot' type of self care and mindful  practice when you are fully IN a stressful situation

About your tutor:

Nitya is a Yoga Siromani, Energy Healer, Empath, Crystal Healer, Healing Diets Coach  practicing Transcendental Meditation since 1986. She has experienced a wide and diverse range of healing therapies whilst Managing her Wellbeing Centre, assisting thousands of clients into welllbeing over the years. Understanding and tailoring sessions for the group and individuals involved is critical and ensuring the client receives exactly what they need is the greatest outcome. 

In her own journey she has overcome depression, addiction, PTSD,  adrenal fatigue, food intolerances, migraines, narcissistic abuse and much...much more. Haven't we all !
