About your Host: Nitya has been meditating since 1986, a trained yoga teacher, complementary therapist, energy healer Nitya has been activating crystals and earth energies around Scotland for years, and is founder/director of Aberdeen Wellbeing Centre Ltd., originally Aberdeen's first one-stop-shop for all things healthy and holistic which now works around Scotland.
