Connect with and enjoy the wonderful world of Meditation and Mala by making your own gorgeous, bespoke Japa Mala Bead Necklace of authentic, ethically sourced crystal gemstones,  whilst learning the history of the mala, it’s different uses and how to develop your own meditation practice using them.

On the day:

- We share the healing qualities of crystals, their energy and connection with us for our wellbeing.

- Learn the history, meaning and practice of mala necklaces

- Make your own full crystal mala necklace including 108 beads, guru bead and tassles. Leave with a completed necklace

- Have the skills and equipment to make more at home, whenever you fancy.

​Choose from a range of authentic crystals:  Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Snow Quartz, Rose Quartz, Black Onyx to name a few. ​ If there are any crystals you wish to work with on the day let us know and we can try to order them in for you. All equipment, additional beads and tassles provided on the day. You can also buy additional crystal packs at the workshop to make more necklaces for friends and family. ​ Simply turn up and open up to the wonderful world of crystals, connection and meditation. Nitya is a Crystal Healer, channelling the energies of crystals. She says they have great personalities, with a variety of interesting traits!  Crystals want the best for us and are happiest when improving our lives. Nitya formerly ran a Wellbeing Centre in Aberdeen relocating to Perthshire in 2018 and has been sharing Crystal Energy ever since.
